Just finished installing a new ejector pump system in Woodbine. Old unit was completely shot - impeller damaged and motor burned out. Removed the failed pump and did a thorough cleanout of the basin before setting up the replacement. Went with a 1/2 HP Zoeller model with cast iron construction for durability. Added a new check valve, flexible discharge line, and updated the float switch mechanism. Also installed a high-water alarm per customer request. System's pumping great now! Left the work area clean and showed the homeowner how to test the alarm monthly. Good to go for at least another 10 years with proper maintenance.

Responded to severe kitchen drain clog @ Thompson residence. Sink completely backed up w/ standing water. Used power auger to clear blockage approx. 15 ft down line. Pulled out mass of grease & food debris (showed customer). Ran camera to verify line now clear all the way to main. Flushed with enzyme treatment to prevent quick re-clogging. Advised on proper disposal practices for cooking oils.

Just wrapped up a tough sewer line service in Woodbine. Customer had recurring backups in basement drain. Started with camera inspection which revealed multiple root intrusions at clay pipe joints about 40' from house. Used high-torque cable machine to clear initial blockage, then followed with hydro-jetting to fully clean pipe interior. Heavy root masses removed from multiple sections. Identified cracked section near property line that will need replacement soon - provided temporary repair using pipe sleeve. Recommended full line replacement with seamless PVC within 3-6 months to prevent recurring issues. Customer's system is flowing properly now but this is definitely a band-aid solution. Applied root inhibitor treatment as preventative measure. Left detailed documentation of pipe condition with footage markers. Will follow up next week to check flow and discuss permanent options. Tough job but we got it done!

I was called to a home to repair a broken CPVC pipe stub out for the toilet. I removed the old pipe and replaced it with a new one, as well as the valve and supply tube. I also replaced the wax ring and tested the toilet for proper operation.

I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I have completed a wide range of tasks, including replacing traps on lavatory sinks, replacing sections of copper water pipe in CPVC, and troubleshooting water heaters. In this particular job, I replaced a trap on a lavatory sink, which involved removing the old trap, installing a new trap, and securing it in place with the appropriate fasteners. I also replaced a section of copper water pipe in CPVC, which required cutting the pipe, removing the old pipe, and installing a new section of pipe. Finally, I troubleshooted a water heater, which involved checking the thermostat, heating elements, and pressure relief valve for proper operation.
Knowledgeable fair and quality work.

I was assigned to install a new 50-gallon Rheem Marathon electric water heater in a residential home. The job required me to remove the old water heater, disconnect the gas line, and install the new water heater in its place. I also had to ensure that the water heater was properly connected to the gas line and that the electrical wiring was installed correctly.

I replaced leaking supply lines and shutoff valves underneath a lavatory sink. I replaced the shutoff valves with quarter-turn valves and provided two new supply lines.

Responded to a call regarding a leaking tub spout attached to a plastic pipe. Replaced the plastic pipe with copper tubing for enhanced durability and leak resistance. Installed a new tub spout to ensure proper sealing and prevent future leaks. The conversion to copper tubing and replacement of the tub spout effectively addressed the issue, providing a long-term solution for the homeowner.
